2. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made towards registration, membership, or premium services are non-refundable under normal circumstances.

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake
• Technical error resulting in failed service delivery
• Payment deducted but service not activated

In such cases, users must inform us within 48 hours of the transaction.

4. Verification & Approval

All refund requests will be reviewed by our team. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

5. Misuse of Services

No refund will be provided if:
